Frost Flying is located in east central Arkansas, the delta region of the state. This region has a large agricultural industry, with a wide variety of crops. This area also has an extremely high concentration of aircraft, mainly Air Tractor.

Frost Flying was founded in 1972, by owner Jack Frost. It was started as an aerial application business. Jack started flying Air Tractor in 1978, purchased his first turbine Air Tractor in 1985, and became a dealer for Air Tractor in 1995. Frost Flying currently has 18 employees.
